REVIEWS, TESTIMONIALS AND RESULTS DISCLOSURE
We don’t believe in “get rich quick” programs – only in hard work, adding value, building a real and professional career, and serving others with excellence and constancy. Our programs and strategies take a lot of work and discipline just like any worthwhile endeavor or professional continuing education program. Please don’t enroll in our programs or buy our books if you believe in the “money for nothing” myth or ideology. The content we provide on earning money, growing wealth, and other topics take work and are our attempt to help by giving great content, direction, and strategies that we believe in.
1. Compensation And Benefits To Book Reviewers. Some of the book reviewers on this site may have received a free review copy of the book in exchange for their review. We encourage all reviewers to leave an honest review, and to the best of our knowledge, these reviews represent the honest opinion of the reviewers. This is a common practice for authors and publishers prior to the release of a new book, so we feel that we need to do this in order to level the playing field. We feel that books released with no reviews aren’t likely to sell very well, so whenever possible, we try to get our books into the hands of interested advance reviewers prior to the official book release date for the purposes of asking them to leave an honest review to demonstrate whether or not the book is good.
We do not independently verify, nor do we seek independent verification of statements that book reviewers make about Avery Breyer, our books, strategies, products, or other content. This is because we don’t believe that readers of our books would be comfortable with allowing us to verify the truth of their statements about earnings that they may attribute to Avery Breyer or other content from Avery Breyer Inc. by sharing sharing their bank statements, income tax returns, or other documentation that would confirm the accuracy of what they say about their earnings or results.
For this reason, if you see a “success story” or “best-case” scenario testimonial or positive comment (as distinguished from subjective opinions), you should assume that the results achieved by these reviewers are the exception and not the rule, and for this reason, you should not expect to achieve the same level of results, or any positive results at all.
2. Testimonials We Post. You should assume that all testimonials on our site are subjective opinions and NOT generally expected results. For Testimonials we post on our site that are in the nature of subjective opinions, we do not independently verify, nor do we seek independent verification; however, we believe the testimonialists are giving their honest opinions. We don’t verify the information they provide in their testimonials because we don’t believe that testimonialists would be comfortable with allowing us to verify the truth of their statements about earnings that they may attribute to Avery Breyer or other content from Avery Breyer Inc. by sharing sharing their bank statements, income tax returns, or other documentation that would confirm the accuracy of what they say about their earnings or results. If you’re not sure regarding whether a particular testimonial is a “success story”/”best-case” scenario testimonial or a subjective opinion testimonial, email our compliance officer at averybreyer-at-averybreyer.com and request clarification. You should assume that the results achieved by these testimonialists are the exception and not the rule, and for this reason, you should not expect to achieve the same level of results, or any positive results at all. If anything on this site, in our books, or in emails we send you makes you think that any results Avery Breyer or testimonialists have achieved are “success stories” or “best case results” that you can achieve, please email averybreyer-at-averybreyer-dot-com to verify whether or not this is the case. Unless you receive written confirmation from us that these successes or results are guaranteed for you, you should assume that the results achieved by Avery Breyer or these testimonialists are the exception and not the rule, and for this reason, you should not expect to achieve the same level of results, or any positive results at all. We don’t know you well enough to guarantee that you will achieve the results that Avery Breyer or testimonialists have achieved.

(A note from Avery: That link to FTC Guardian is an affiliate link, which means that if you sign up for FTC Guardian, Avery Breyer Inc. gets a commission. But I like their service and I’ve learned a lot from it, so feel comfortable recommending them to you. Do with that information what you will.
P.S. Wondering if the fact that AB Inc. signed up for FTC Guardian is a sign that something nefarious is going on? Please don’t think that. In reality, I signed up AB Inc. to their service because to hire a lawyer to generate all the documents that the law and various user agreements for services we use require would cost a small fortune and I’d rather spend that money on other aspects of the business, like creating more books, for example! Additionally, there are so many laws in so many jurisdictions to stop the bad apples from taking advantage of people that normal people like me who are honestly trying to do the right thing end up feeling buried under an avalanche of legal talk and have a heck of a time keeping up. So while I believe that merely using common sense and “not being a jerk” will go far, I worry that such an approach is not enough in today’s world. Hope anyone reading this understands.)
